I have a 2 week blue polish, all she seems to want to do is sleep, one of her wings drops lower than the other, she chirps constantly, she tries to get under the other two, I noticed a bit of blood in her poop, she is in a brooder with wood shavings, her food has been the same chick crumb since I got her (last week) any ideas please?

Bloody stool in chicks usually indicates coccidiosis.
Either switch to a medicated feed or preferably give them amprolium/corid (not both)
Keep bedding bone dry and feeders at least half full.

Should i isolate her? Or will others all ready have it? How did she get it? Can I pass it to my adult birds?

Coccidia is everywhere and with small doses they become immune so the adults have it and probably the young ones too. No need to isolate if that is indeed what it is.
Keeping the feeders full limits them eating their feces. Keeping the bedding dry limits the ability of the coccidia to develop into the next life cycle.

There feeders and waters are always cleaned and kept full, it is only one with symptoms other 2 are fine, im in the UK
