Help! Sick chicken - diarrhea, congestion, lethargy

My chicken has had loose green stool with lots of green liquid for the last 5 days. Yesterday she exhibited extreme lethargy and fluffing up. I brought her indoors and she is eating and drinking but with extreme fatigue and making no noises or attempts to escape the box. I heard congestion in her lungs when she was drinking this morning, and noticed a small amount of discharge from her nose. I am waiting for the test results for worms/parasites and feeding her protein(cheese/eggs) with her food. I have vitamins in her water. Is there anything else I should be doing? Could this be something more severe? We lost a chicken to coccy last year and it traumatized my kids. I'm hoping to avoid that result again!
