Help. Sick duck

One of my calls was acting sick. Thought it was bumble foot, but now see she has a lot of these long tiny bugs on her. What are they?

FYI We are in Michigan and it is around 25 degrees out.

I don't know and I'm not trying to ring the alarm but is that poultry lice? let me do some research
