Help! Sick duckling!

Help! Just bought duckling from TSC a few hours ago and duckling still not eating or drinking without help and not pooping. After examining it, I found a crusty/rough area on stomach. Not sure what it is? Picture attached.

Looks like the navel, is it oozing?

Generally, you'd leave that alone and it will heal over just fine.
