Help!!! Sick goose!

I took her to the vet, they gave her a new antibiotic to treat parasites but it’s been 5 days on it and no improvement at all!!! It’s just sad. She’s still not eating

I found this on my goose! Right above her tail. Anyone seen anything like it?
