Help--sick hen--worms????

My silkie recently showed similar symptoms--white, chalky runny poop; low energy; stands with wings out but she has a hard abdomen. I think its eggbinding but could be something else in her gut. She wasn't eating just standing under the trampoline or rabbit hutch. Over the weekend I gave her a warm bath and massaged the abdomen. She was under a heat lamp in a closed in rabbit hutch half the day. I also began daily teaspoonfuls of PolyVisol, liquid baby vitamins. I made available to the whole flock a mix of cottage cheese, chopped garlic, 1/4 c brewers yeast and few Tblsp apple cider vinegar. They also had free choice of Aviacharge, a supplement from McMurray, in a separate waterer. I saw the silkie drink the Avia and peck at the cheese mix.
If she lives & it is eggbinding, she'll be the first to make it--most don't. I do worry when her egg cycle begins again,...
