Help! Sick hen!

[/IMG]hi guys, I have a 2 year old Easter egger named Nuggit who is acting really strange. She keeps one eye closed but when she opens it you can see that it is really foggy, she's not moving around a lot and she's losing a ton of weight. She was sick a few weeks ago too but she got better after I fed her with a syringe for a week. She's drinking water and eating a fair amount of everything I give her. Anyone have any ideas of what could be wrong? Please help!

Is there any discharge coming out of her eyes, or is it just cloudy?

No it's just the one cloudy eye. I'm more worried about her weight though, she's getting really small really fast

I would try getting her to eat and gain back some weight while you figure out what's going on.
Give her as much as she'll eat. The fact that she's eating but not gaining weight sounds like it could be worms. In a severe case worms will literally use all of the nutrients that the chicken intakes, no matter how healthily they're eating.

Is her comb paler than it used to be?
Also, I'll ask the obvious, have you noticed any strange poops, or seen worms in poops?

Her comb looks normal and her poop has been normal up until today. I noticed she had some sticking out of her bum and it was white and mucus like. I thought it was a worm at first because of the way it was hanging out of her vent but i don't think it was. She was acting fine until today as well, other than being abnormally cuddly (but that's from last time she got sick, I brought her in and cuddled her everyday so she grew very attached to me) but now she just stands in one spot with her eyes closed
