Help sick hen!

My hen is lethargic and her comb is dropping and turning black she's throwing up a lot of yellowish liquid and doesn't seem to want to drink
Does anyone know what might be wrong she's had some problems before

i believe this is a heart or liver problem and do you have a huge attachment to it or a need it

. She's had sour crop and a wierd problem where she was peralized for a few days but she got better and were very attached to her
