HELP SICK HEN!!!!

I have a female easter egger thats about 10 months old and shes been acting odd for a few days and theres almost zero food in her crop and shes very alert but wont walk around and holds her butt to ths ground all day- she never EVER lets us get within about three feet and shes letting us walk up to her and pick her up
please help me fix this!!!

I've not dealt with this, but I've read places we're people have had similar problems.
They tookthe chicken inside and kept her warm. Fed yogurt/ oatmeal mix.
Could be vitamin deficiency.
Could be worms.
Could be something else.
Warmth, vitamins, water and deworming is the only advice I have other than a vet (which would probably be expensive)

I’m sorry it’s soo blurry, I recommend looking around her butt and feathers for mites or worms, bring her inside and separate her from the rest of the flock. If you have electrolights dive them to her mixed in with water. Try to get her to eat, bread and other soft foods may be easier.

It sounds like egg binding :( If you can't see an egg, can you feel one? It may be something else, I would bring her inside.
Is she drinking?
