Help. Sick JG. She has a greenish yellow runny poo.

I am a first time chicken owner. i have 8 chickens. My JG i noticed yesterday was a bit slow to join the group. well today when i went out to let the chickens out. she would not leave the coop. I picked her up and put her on the ground and she still did not take off. then i noticed that there was greenish yellow liquid poo under where she was in the coop. and then she dropped some more where i put her down on the ground. Please Help. I have no clue what it is. I have gotten her in the house and gave her some milk with her feed in it. she is sleeping right now. i do not know what to do. i do not want to lose her.
