Help, sick little banty roo

I have a 3 month old D'Uccle cockerel that doesn't look too good this morning. His comb is a purple color as are his legs. His crop feels very fluid filled. All was well yesterday. Any ideas on what this could be. I do not feel this will have a favorable outcome.

He is also very lethargic. Not moving much, nor eating/drinking.
