HELP! Sick Pullet

No poo that I can see. When I tried to look for an egg, the rest came out, kinda watery.

As Eggcessive said, keep an eye out for diarrhea. See if it continues to be watery or if that was just from the lubricant.

Well, she's gone. We buried her in the front yard under the big doug fir. I've wormed my other chickens, just in case that was the cause. Whatever it was, I hope it doesn't spread to the rest. Whatever it was, it really debilitated her very quickly.

Oh, I'm so sorry that you lost her. It seems that sometimes chickens will be lost at the point of laying, maybe from some internal issue.
