help, silkie chick cant get up! need help ASP

quick story:

we sold some birds to a family that had silkies they gave me 2 for free, the 2nd one has is neck like it is still in the egg.

now it cant get up, i am worry it wont live, cant get picks at old house with net, new one has no net

There are a lot of things that could cause a twisted neck, but if this is a chick, I would highly suspect a vitamin deficiency. Do you have Poly-Vi-Sol (no iron)? You'll have to do a search to get the dosage for chickens, but I know it's helped many chicks with problems like twisted necks due to deficiency.
