Help!!! Silkie roo with bloody feathers

I went to check on my silkie roo and he has bloody feathers. What do you think happened and how do i clean him. Here are some pictures. I will take any answers/comments to good use.

some hens will peck on them hard. do you have another rooster? just keep area clean. doesnt look very bad

Thanks. I don't have any other roosters. He does act bigger than his size. He doesn't mind being picked up but when I put him down he always goes and attacks one of his sisters( the Silkie hens he hatched with) or any of my larger hens. Mainly my BO, BR, and RIR.

I have a very bossy Buff orpington, she chases my silkie rooster around.

I have a white rooster and a Buff rooster, my buff is half size smaller than my white! Tiny guy! MY white rooster likes to attack me when I am not looking. If I look at him he walks away like nothing is going to happen.
