I have 6 silkies all born around May 1st, 2025. 4 tan, 1 grey satin, and 1 black. At first I thought most were all too. Then I thought maybe not. Now I just have no clue at all. Help. View attachment 4213476

I hope they are hens. I have had terrible luck with getting roosters this year. It is our first time with chickens. I wanted silkies because I heard they were sweet and docile and go broody. These guys are snazzy and don’t want to be handled and peck at my 10 week old Brahmas and 22 week old Salmon Favorelles. The silkies are 18 weeks old.
