Help! Silkie with poop on her head

This morning we went out to find our 2.5 month old Silkie had apparently received a poop bomb on her head. She has it on her head and neck. I used some diaper wipes to get the worst of it off, but it's still pretty bad. Any advice for removing poop from a chickens head?

You could use some water to clean it up. Just make sure she doesn't catch a chill.

Since posting this, we found out that "she" is a "he". We had a rainstorm a couple if days later, which they loved, and he became clean again!

We have a silky rooster named Flo and a silky hen that was named Prince but we had to change to Princess. They are never the gender you think they are.
