Help! silkie with tumor!

Help!!! My silkie bantam has developed a bump on the left side of her head that is lighter in color than her other skin. The bump has feathers on it. Im REALLY worried and am really attached to her. Could this be a tumor? I dont think it is Marek's disease because when I got her as a chick the vendor had a certificate that said she was vaccinated. Any information you may have would be a huge help!

Mareks vaccines will sometimes fail to protect a chick. That doesn't mean that your chick has it, but a picture of the bump might help to tell what it is.
