Help? Skin disease?

I see you are in Germany. So your options may not be the same as those we have here in the states. From her pic, it looks like she has scaly leg mites. Oil her feet and legs once/week for a few weeks. Do the same for the rest of the flock. I'd also oil her dry skin around her face, be sure not to get it near her nose, eyes. don't know if they can affect the face, but you need to put her on a higher protein, She, as well as the rest of your flock are not getting the correct nutrients. Since she is the runt, it shows in her first. But all birds are likely malnourished. High protein, separate her for special feeding. Give her animal protein, even a hand full of kitty kibble.

DE will not remove a mite infestation. For that, you need to clean out the coop and treat the coop, as well as treat the birds on a weekly basis x 2 - 3 repetitions. You should completely destroy all old bedding or remove it from your property.
Should I then switch to a high protein diet? More eggs, meats, broccoli, and cooked beans?

16-18% protein? I just checked and their current food has 9.2% raw protein. Also as an opinion question, my chicken is very small and if I try to feed her something special the other chickens will push her out of the way without letting her have anything. I should probably separate her from the rest of the chickens entirely before a special meal like tuna right?

x2 to what @lazy gardener said
but also keep in mind that 'treats' ie kitchen scraps and such should be no more than 5-10% of their daily intake

permethrin (spray or dust) works well on mites, also topical ivermectin like sheep/goat pour on wormer

you should set up multiple feed stations to make sure that she is able to eat

Good luck! they are all very pretty birds, and you obviously care about them a lot!!

Thank you both! I just separated her and fed her a bowl of tuna with some dried meal-worms (those are her favorite). But as I was so close to her (none of my chickens like being near people and hate being touched) I noticed that she whistles when she breathes. Not sure if on the inhale or exhale but it's quiet noticeable from about a yard away. Is that a sign to take her to the vet? Also any tips on how I can get her long enough for the cleaning/oiling when she hates being picked up?

The multiple feeding stations is a good idea! I'll have to start that asap.

For the mite infestation I removed everything from the coop two days ago, hosed everything down on the highest setting, scrubbed with apple cider vinegar, placed fresh mulch and bedding with an anti-mite powder I got from the store. I was going to redo this entire process in about a week. There are definitely red mites, saw some still alive today when I checked (added a bit more powder in those spots too). I'm a real first timer with chickens and I'm overly cautious since they all actually belong to my mother in law but she's admittedly very lackadaisical with the chickens when it comes to care and hygiene so now I've stepped in to take care of them.

She also yawns a LOT before I forget to mention that. She was yawning just now and last week she had some kind of yawning attack where for like 5 minutes straight all she did was yawn.

It's already dark out so the girls were on their perches. I thoroughly looked over the coop for mites and found three or four small ones so it might be too soon or too ignorant but I think my cleanup helped. Then I rubbed some sunflower oil (that's all I have on hand, I'll buy vaseline tomorrow) on Peepsy's face and legs. I'll start treating all the girls starting tomorrow when I have something better than a cooking oil lmao. Thank you for all the help!
