Help slipped tendon or torn rotator???

I was given a baby chick she’s a Rhode Island Red by someone who didn’t want to have to put her down. I’m not sure how long here legs has been this way but it doesn’t look like splayed leg as it does have swelling at the hock. I noticed this morning the toes are starting to slight point out so I hobbled her loosely and it seems to be helping her get around. I have felt around and don’t feel the tendon but I’m not sure if that’s because of the swelling or just my not knowing.

Pretty swollen. I guess if it were dislocated maybe she wouldn't be able to walk? In a person if it were that swollen, i would think there were a break or dislocation. Maybe a fracture, but all the bones are in place? I don't have experience with broken bones in birds.

Thank you for asking I’m sorry to say she passed away a few days later... I thought we had her getting better but I’m guessing there was some kind of infection. The swelling Ahmad started to go down and she seemed to be moving around but overnight she left us..

Thank you both I was really holding she would make it she was such a sweet girl. Unfortunately I don’t know how long exactly she was like that before they have her to me. sorry I didn’t see the messages you sent until now.
