ok well ive now been told after my eggs are in the incubator that you havre to have a wire floor on your incubator when the chicks are born is this true my floor is styrofoam pleas help !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

don't fret just place paper towels under them when you take them off of the turner if you have them in one. the wire mesh is not that important and will not effect the hatch and is a personal preference. the reasoning is so the chicks will have a not so slippery surface to walk on.
