HELP.... SO MANY chick QUESTIONS!!!

Thank you you have made me feel more at ease with Torres she's my baby lol all 4 of my girls are named after some cast from greys anatomy lol (I don't know if you know it lol) I have Torres, grey, bailey and yang hehe my lovely girls and it's weird their characters seem so like the characters from the show lol I didn't realise this site was American do u get many uk ppl on here lol

my first three hens that i raised from chicks are Clarissa, Cluckles and Charlotte and the chicks that clarissa hatched are Sally, Stubs and Scrambles (two roos havent been named as dad is having those.....) Charlotte is my baby shes the one in my pic she used to get into bed with me back when they was still inside lol such a bad habbit!

OMG Charlotte is my bailey I have pictures of all my girls on here she is a pied Suffolk my yang who is in the my profile pic is a rhoad island red the black tail mumma Torres is a light Sussex and grey is a blue haze so cute things I love the way they crouch down when u go to pic them up x

Clarissa and Cluckles are white sussex and Charlotte is speckled then the other tree are silkie's they dont really look like real chickens lol
It does make it handy when you need to catch one although not so fun when the roos are there trying to jump on them every 2mins!

Funny about naming the chicks after TV shows. I'm a big Sherlock fan.

I have 6 chicks.

The sex link Rhode Island Red is Mycroft
The Silver-Laced Wyandotte is Lestrade
There are 4 Araucana chicks each with a different shade of feathers.
The grayish tan chick is John
The light brown chick is Molly
The medium brown Is Anderson
and the dark brown, nearly black one is Donovan

I would have gotten a Sherlock chick but any bird named after Sherlock Holmes would have been imposable to keep tabs on.

So is Charlotte not the sAme as my bailey then when she moves does she look like she's got flip paint on her feathers? And I know what I'm going to call my chicks if they are girls if I get cocks I can't keep them 1 my neighbour wud moan and report me and 2 he Wudnt leave my girls alone lol

their heads are the same but her feathers are all speckled just her body ones are lighter than on her head but shes a speckled sussex rather than a suffolk. she shines slightly blue in the sunlight What are you going to call the chicks if they are girls? im picking up two lil chicks today no idea what im guna call them! im thinking of going down the chicken run names line...lol My neighbours have been alright about the roos but partly bcus their coop is a converted bomb shelter so you cant really hear them until i let them out into the garden. But they only have about 2weeks left before dad has them!

oh no charmed is awful! lol She still looks healthy though Clarissa looked awful when she went broody. I managed to get sally to eat some carrot peelings last night but shes still not pooped! Heres what Clarissa looked like ignore the poop i took the pic before i cleared it!

yeah they deffo look and act evil when broody! haha but she will be eating trust me and dont worry she will be back to her usual self once her eggs have hatched
