Help solve the mystery!

Featured is my 8.5 week Easter Egger, Herschel. I have assumed he was a male since 1 week old due to the shape of his wings and his delayed feathering. I feel so strongly he is male and have from the beginning, however this week multiple people guessed hen shown a photo at work.

So….what’s your opinion? Is this hen or a roo? I would love to hear your answers and why! I’m honestly just so curious.

I have the same color hen but even so I would choose roo based on the shape
