Help some advice sick chicken with lots of poop on her

This morning just came into coop and on hen is sleeping and looks really puffy. By inspection I see she has all this poo stuck on her butt, what should I do for her I have never had one like this. Does anyone know what I can use or do to help her. Update: decided to take her into emergency vet, went to pick her up and a yellow bile looking liquid expelled from her mouth like vomit and think best course of action is to have vet look at her

She likely has a crop issue. It's treatable without a vet but if you can afford it, an avian vet could help.
