HELP! Something is wrong!

How does her crop feel? Is it empty or full, hard, doughy, or puffy? Has she been eating or drinking today? They can have egg laying problems even though they seem to have been laying normally. Have her egg shells been normal and hard? What do her droppings look like? Offer her water from a scoop, some chopped scrambled egg, wet chicken feed, or any food that she likes.
Her crop felt softer than that of my other birds. The crops of my other hens felt firm, round, definite “ball shaped”. Hers was soft and (forgive my technical term), squishy. All of shells have been hard.
I’m honestly not sure about her droppings. As far as I could tell, I didn’t see anything concerning.
I’ll try your feeding suggestions!

Feel of her crop again in the morning to see if it is still squishy. Keep giving her water and electrolytes, and offer foods oftsn. On Monday, I would try to get some droppings checked for worms and coccidiosis by a vet. Watch for any yolk or egg matter from her vent.

Good job being attentive to your flock and noticing one hen is off. Please update on her crop in the morning and we’ll go from there.
I’m sorry. I somehow missed your comment. She has been acting completely normal since Monday morning. She’s eating well, laying, drinking and is excited for treats. Her crop has been feeling more defined and less doughy-I’ve been checking her a couple times each day just to make sure.
Thank you for the suggestions!
