HELP ~ Something wrong with chick ~ What do I do?? Fast Advice Needed

He is over 3 weeks. I got him from tgcole on here. He was fine the night before and when I went out to feed them yesterday morning he was flopping around like this.

I found a flower pot basket (the kind you sit the pots in - like a wicker basket) with holes in it. I pulled his feet thru and sat him over an empty flower pot so that he can sit upright more comfortably. He keeps pushing his self over backwards and upside down otherwise.

He is still eating and drinking. I took yogurt and mixed it with the starter and that is easier for him to get down. Also giving him some vitam E capsules.

Sounds like you're doing the right thing. He may take some time to improve. Quite a clever move with the flower pot thing. He must be a pretty happy camper being able to sit upright.

What kind of chick is it? Is it a polish or silkie? They have their own neurological problems (which is just about all I know about that.)

I would think Newcastles, but I figured it is best for you to go through the symptoms and find the one that best fits. Sorry
