my chicks are getting betterbut falcon is still unstable.i also ompened another barrel,no maggots

I'm glad they are feeling better.
Have you tried giving Falcon some vitamins to see if those will help?

I would still inspect the barrel of feed closely - is it powdery, how does it smell, etc.

Vitamins are in feed stores, normally. (poultry vitamins)

Do you have a feed store? Tractor supply carries poultry vitamins or you can order them online - Amazon.
Poultry Cell would be a good one to get.

How does the feed smell?
If one container was bad, then there's a good chance the rest is too.
I don't know what to tell you.
