We have a 2 year old Cinnamon Queen who has been not been doing well. We first noticed 3 days ago that she was not moving and her wings low, tail down, and feathers puffed out. First we thought she may have been egg bound so we soaked her in epsom salt a few times but that didn't help at all. Then we did some more research and took action by emptying her crop and keeping her in the garage with her own food and water. We had a farm friend come over and he massaged her crop and helped empty it and a lot of thick yellow goop came out with lots of food remnants and a very very foul smell. We assumed it was Sour Crop and gave her some antibiotics which seemed to boost her and took her water and food away. The next day we let her out into the yard and she zoomed over to the food and ran around but then we found her hiding and acting the same as before and that was yesterday. We have continued to empty her crop, give her water with apple cider vinegar and silver and garlic, on occasional scrambled egg or some coconut oil and kept her inside. We brought her outside into the sun to at least lift her spirits and her tail perked up and she walked around, while we kept her from eating the feed for the rest of the chicks. She seemed much happier and then bright green slime started oozing from her beak so we tried to get the rest of it out. Her poop had been very runny and white with some darker stuff here and there but for the most part looks like chicken poop from a chicken who's had too much liquid. Were going to do another injection of antibiotics since that seemed to have helped before and slowly introduce her to food, but I don't want to starve her. What does this sound like to y'all? From the internet her symptoms seem to be more on the Impacted side because she doesn't smell foul for the most part and there hasn't been any brown vomit.
