HELP! STEPPED ON CHICK

Hi, I accidentally stepped on my chick trying to catch him to put him back in the coop. I believe that his wing or his foot Is broken. Is there anything I can do to help him? He is laying down right now and all I can think of Is letting him rest. When he does walk he wobbles on his side.

Birds heal incredibly fast but I'm not sure that a chick could recover and be completely normal after breaking a bone so early.

If it's wing is broken it will probably be okay but a broken leg will be harder to recover from
