Birds heal incredibly fast but I'm not sure that a chick could recover and be completely normal after breaking a bone so early.

If it's wing is broken it will probably be okay but a broken leg will be harder to recover from

Yeah if he is moving and eating and drinking it's probably his wing. It could've been affecting his movement because chicks are so tiny that if they can't control the wing it throws them off balance.
