It is the size and color of a corn seeds, it's soft and it is located below the chests. What is it?
He's a 3 and a half years old boy.

I have no idea. How is he acting? How long has this been there? Lets see if @casportpony or @Isaac 0 are on both know much more than I about anatomy etc.

He's acting pretty normal. Having a great appetite, as usual. Always ready for a snack. He drinks water. Enjoy baths.
His story is a bit unusual. I found him stranded in a forest as a tiny baby 3 and a half years ago, so I took him home. He grew up as a special need duck, since his right leg was fractured. Since he grow up, he was barely able to walk, but the vets suggested to tie his legs, so he'd be able to at least stand up on his feet. Still a great swimmer tho. During the warm part of the year, we are going to a dam at least 3 times a week, where he's able to enjoy swimming and keep fit. The last Autumn, he suddenly lost power at his healthy left leg and wasn't able do stand up at all for two days. The Vets suggested Aptus therapy and he quickly recovered. The same thing happened around 3 weeks ago. He suddenly lost power on his legs. The Vets suggested Aptus again, and some vitamins. This time, he recovers much slower and he chills laying much more, but he's still able to stand up when he wants. And 4 days ago, I saw this thing below his chest. I'm not sure if he feels any pain at that specific area, but he feels uncomfortable to be touched there. But this may be because he don't like to be touched around the belly area at all.

What is Aptus? sounds like he couldn't be taken care of any more than he is. He's a lucky ducky to have been found by you.
I hope someone on BYC can help you figure this out, if not any chance of getting a vet to take a look?
@Pyxis

Considering the location, and the duck's past history of having leg issues, I wonder if a large majority of the bumps are due to the bird laying down constantly, which is causing irritation, and erosion to the underlying skin.
The damage of the cells could predispose the bird to infection (breast blisters), and increase the likely hood of tumor development.
I'm afraid no one here can say what it could be with certainty; for that, you would want to see a veterinarian so they take samples of the area and determine what exactly is going on underneath.

Aptus is an extra support for hips and joints, mostly for cats and dogs. Sometimes it works for pigeons and parrots too. It did wonders for him last year. It works now too. He's standing on his feet again!
And yes, I must say, He was very lucky to be rescued and I'm very happy to have him! He's an adorable creature and he's very loved. I'm doing my best to provide him a better Duck life. Like driving 45 km to see him happy like this:

And those priceless moments!:

Thanks. We will see a veterinarian a few days later.
Actually, it's very difficult with a Duck. Most vets are working with cats and dogs and are a bit out of sight when it comes to birds.
