Help!! Sudden wry neck!!!

I have a 3-4 month old polish that was fine yesterday. Today we found him unable to stand and his head keeps twisting around. A couple weeks ago I found him in what looked like a passed out state flat out on the ground. He came to when I picked him up but he was a little stunned acting. Hes been fine since until today. A month ago he ran into a fence and it kinda knocked him for a loop but he recovered very quickly and was fine until the passing out incident. Now hes twisted around and has these little fits of biting at my shirt while I hold him. He is drinking water fine. And I gave him some nutridrench. What in the world could have happened?!
He was a sick little chick when I rescued him from TS but after a few days of care he recovered and has grown into a beautiful black and white polish.

Thanks so much! I'm not sure if it's residual from the running into the fence or if it's the vitamin deficiency so I'll treat like it is and hope for the best.
