Help: Swollen baby silkie bum

I'm not sure, it is hard for me to tell because of the dark skin. I would keep it clean and use the antibiotic cream. Be very gentle. I am thinking it is the umbilical cord that needs to heal! I would make sure the other chicks are not pecking at it. If they are move him. Good luck!!
