HELP! tangled umbilical, distended yolk

Will in his basket this morning :)

Good!
If he can't straighten his toes, there's ways you can fashion little shoes and tape them down while he's young. If he's just curling them when he falls over or something, that requires less of a fix.

Little Will/Willa is eating and drinking on his own and has graduated from his basket to the brooder with everyone else :) he's still very small compared to everyone else. He's getting stronger on his feet every day but if he gets knocked over, he needs help getting back up. It's happening less and less though and I've seen him climb up on a little log that I have in there and try to climb on other babies backs lol

Go Will!!
From the first post, I didn't think this was going to go well.
He/she may need some extra care, but is a fighter. Another place would have tossed him as defective.

What an inspiration! Thank you for updating us. Go Will/Willa!

Happy birthday Will! He made it to one week old :) he's doing great now. He's on the right in these pictures with his half brother that hatched a day before him. He wouldn't stand still for a good one lol. He's all over the place!
