help... there hurting it

I am new to poultry. I have 6 turkeys right now, last night they were fine but then i kept hearing this weird peeping. I looked in the cage and one of the turkeys were being chased and pecked by one of the others- they pecked it's butt so much that it was bleeding and wouldn't leave it alone. When can i put it back in with the others? i have wiped off all the blood and seperated it but it's butt is really swollen still.... And why can't turkey's and chickens go together??
