OK. so there is some thing living under my coop. I have checked the coop over to make sure it is not getting into the coop it self and I don't think it has yet. we have a ply wood floor and what ever it is has dug under it. We have tried flooding it out, filling in the hole with rocks and just about everything short of poison. Which I do not want to do for overuse reasons. the hole is under the part of the coop that is attached to the their run. HELP

If you have access to a game camera, set it up. It could be something as benign as a rabbit or chipmunk.

A pic of the hole with a dollar bill next to it and posting your location in your profile will help folks help you.
How far above the ground is the coop?

Ok here's the whole
400
it's the part with half a shell in it. The shell was dragged in there after my kids had left it in the run exstention with pill bugs in it. My girls love pill bugs and we have plenty of them. Anyway we live in Salem ma. I will try and get a better picture in the morning. My husband informed me that it has dug under the run not the coop. The coop is above part of the run and about 3 feet off the ground and it has not gotten in there.

Can you see where it's getting in? Cover that spot with hardware cloth bunched up so there are sharp ends cover that with mud, that should stop digging , we have also used two foot by two foot patio blocks and smashed them ( with a sledge hammer ) the pieces are heavier than rocks and sharp .
Good luck, it's never dull trying to protect our animals

Is this the hole? Take pic of the hole from the outside of the coop/run.

Could be any kind of rodent..probably after spilled feed?

snow5164 had a good suggestion...

...or install an anti dig apron on the outside of the coop/run:
corner mesh is out of scale in this graphic but don't forget the corners.

Thank you. I can't dig very deep where I live because there are so many rocks
It doesn't have to be deep, it doesn't even really have to be buried at all.
I laid mine right on top of the grass, most places I can mow right over it - some places, where it wouldn't lay flat, I should have buried it a couple inches..
