Help! There is something wrong with my 3 day old chick

Hi. I’m Jess. This little fellow was born 3 days ago. Today is the first day he’s been able to stand on his own and not for very long before he falls asleep. He is very weak. I tried feeding him and giving him water today. Every hour I try. He has had a little bit but not much. He also has this on his butt end. It’s not his bum because his bum hole is clear. I havnt yet seen him poo. Does anyone have any idea what’s wrong and what we can do to help? We are doing everything we can think of. Any help or advice would be great Thankyou.

I'm sorry; wish I had something more positive to say.

This chick looks to have not absorbed all the yolk sack. Also, the skin is discolored around the sack which probably mean an infection. There is little hope.
