Yes. My chickens(orps) ate nectarine pits 2 weeks ago. They are all pooping normal however egg production has seriously slowed down since the pit consumption. Plus, I could be wrong but two of them stay in the coop all day in the nest box....broody behavior or not able to pass the pit and lay eggs? No eggs from the two that are in the coop all day. I kick them out and they run to the water and food but then later freak out to go back inside. I think broody but no eggs so Im not sure if the pits have anything to do with it? Your thoughts are appreciated.
