Here's the two birds in question tails closer up if it helps at all... Both same age (roughly 12 weeks)For 12 weeks, I'm not seeing saddle feathers, and comb color is ok for 12 weeks if a pullet. The hackle (neck) feathers appear to be rounded, like for a female. Also, there is minimal wattle growth. I'm going to go with a likely female for this bird.
