Help! throwing head back, not moving, making bubbles in beak

my little week old chick has been struggling all day, not moving or eating or drinking. picked up some antibiotics, been dropper feeding the water. She's now unable to swallow the water, makes bubbles in her mouth when she tries to swallow. And she puts her head back so far it makes her flip over, then she struggles to get up. Really sad and freaky to watch. any help would be so appreciated, i think we might lose her.

Does she rattle when she breathes? did that happen before you started using the dropper?

been using vitamins since i got them...the other 2 are totally fine. Yes, she breathes very deeply and rattles a bit. Yes, she was doing this pre-dropper. she has very bad balance and has been falling over
