HELP - tilted neck and stumbling!

My favorite bantam Polish seems to be losing her balance, and turns her head under for periods of time. I have a call in to the vet, but it is Saturday. She is the one who runs up to me to be picked up! I am beside myself.
 
The vet said it was Torticollis. She administered fluids and antibiotics. I left Peep with her; the prognosis is not good.
