Anyone here from NYC metro area and interested in adopting a flock of seven one year old guineas?
I love them. My kids love them. We love how they cleaned out ticks from our property. Our challenge is two-fold.
First, we can’t contain them on our 1/2 acre plot. We fenced it, they flew. We cut their wing feathers, they tricked my kids into opening the gates for them. My neighbors hate the visits from the guineas. One threatened to unleash their dogs and eat them
Second, they are loud and we have had code enforcement visiting with complaints. They cant quite write a ticket as there is no ban on guineas (there is on roosters) in my area
So regretfully I have to part with them sooner than later
Any help is much appreciated
