Help, transporting at lockdown

Hello, I need advice. I work in a preschool classroom and incubating 5 eggs in the brisea incubator. The chicks are due to hatch today 5/23 Thursday but I’m afraid if the chicks don’t hatch by tomorrow, Friday, I’m going to have to transport them home since we’re coming up on a three day weekend. My ride home is about 24-30 min. I’m so stressed just thinking about what I should do. Please help. Thanks

Can't you pop in and check on them over the weekend? I wouldn't transport them while they're hatching, but so long as none have pipped and you keep the lid on, they'll be ok to move for that short a period of time.

One more thing. I noticed that the egg pipped face down in the incubator. Will that cause harm?
