Just a suggestion could it possibly be intestinal lining? Try putting it in water for a while and if the water turns pinkish then it is coccidiosis. Intestinal lining in poo is actually normal. I am no expert though.. I could be wrong.

We need to now how to dilute the Corid in the water because the doses they provide are for calling cows

Looks like 1 quart to me. Go ahead and put 1/2 teaspoon in it and fill with water. Stir well. Make a fresh batch each day and give for 5 days.
