help! two chickens found dead in coop: no signs of injury

I really appreciate all the feed back! We inspected the chicken coop for weak spots and put out mothballs. This morning we still had three chickens. So relieved! However, still worried. I don't think they were killed from a snake bite, but rather strangling and then the snake attempted to swallow them. However, I'm not ruling out fireworks or coccidiosis as the cause. Trust me, I would be glad if it WASN'T a snake.
However, I have noticed some diarrhea, but no with no blood present. We've had the chickens for about 12 weeks now.

Very strange coincidence but we had fireworks at home Sunday night and Monday my favorite leghorn was lifeless on the coop floor she died not long after I found her and her crop was empty. Now I am almost sure the fireworks scared her and she broke her neck, it was very floppy and she couldn't hold it up at all. Everyone else is fine and I kept a very close eye on them yesterday. No sign of sickness or aggressions. I know leghorns are nervous and flighty, mine are always hiding in the coop even though they are not bothered by their flock mates. I am gonna miss her she was my favorite of the 3:(
