if the babies have something t stand on in the water, if it's a pool, a rock or cinderblack at the very edge, then they can stand on it, and jump out.
a couple days ago, I candled my broody runners, what I thought was 4 but she actually had 5!(little B**** had been hiding an egg from me!), and 4 were developing,I could see the little embryo's bouncing around and screaming for their tiny embryonic lives when I shook the eggs, no seriously, and 1 looked like it might have been, but I coupldn't rreally tell.
so, any action on the duckies??
