Help! Unusual incubation situation

Hi every one. I need some help. I have unevenly developed eggs in my incubator and I don't know how it happened. I got some Guinea eggs from a friend of mine several weeks back. 6 I kept for two weeks before putting in the bator. Then she 'found their clutch' and I got about 18 more a week or two later. (Can't remember exact timing).
But the all went into the bator at the same time. Now, at two weeks and three days, most of them are about 1/3 full in the egg. See last photo. But 3 are about 2/3 full and one is so full I can't really see in it anymore. I can't even post a pic because it is completely black.
I use an automatic egg turner because I work and can't be home to turn eggs (12 hour shifts).
Does anyone have suggestions on what to do to finish hatching these eggs without disrupting the rest? Can someone give me a guess as to how far along the ones in the picture are? I though I might pull them out of the turner and lay them on the edge of the bator where they won't get disrupted and just see what happens, but what can I do about humidity? Any advice is much appreciated.

Sounds like incubation had already started in the eggs you found. Especially in that one completely black, did you see ANYTHING? Even when they are pretty close to hatching, I usually can see defined lines, or just a little spot where the chick hasn't grown into yet, etc. Maybe a blood vessel. I am a little suspicious that particular egg might be rotten.

Do you have or can you borrow a second incubator? That would be ideal. Put the farthest along eggs in there and use it as your hatcher.

I know that for chicken eggs, they say the last 4 days are when they don't need turning anymore, but really, the farther along in incubation you are, the less the eggs need turning. So with that in mind, if you cannot get a second incubator, it sounds like the fully dark egg is the only one that needs special treatment. The rest are either
2 wk 3 days or it sounds like 3 are a few days farther along. Manage the incubator for those farther along eggs. When they should go into lockdown, take all the eggs out of the turner. You can either keep the incubator in true lockdown at that point, or just manually turn the less far along eggs twice a day.

In the black on I can hardly see anything, but the flashlight I use is not super bright, so that could be partly why. I sincerely hope it isn't rotten, but if it doesn't hatch in a couple of days I will do an eggtopsy.
I have a neighbor with an incubator and a better candler light. Can't believe I didn't think of this before! :he I will try her candler and also try to get my eggs put in her bator so perhaps I can save these one's while the others finish. I'm just worried about when to stop turning them because I have absolutely no idea how old they really are. Also shocked that eggs that sat on my counter anywhere from 1-3 weeks were able to grow babies! :hmm
