HELP!!URGENT.Weird looking blister on my rooster's wattle😞

If you can I would take them to a vet, they can pop it and before they pop it they can figure out what is wrong by taking a little out with a siring and put it under a microscope. I would quarantine they one that are snessing and have the blisters until u can get them to the vet.
