HELP!!URGENT.Weird looking blister on my rooster's wattle😞

This morning I saw a blister om waffles of both of rooster's wattle.they are having Diarrhea and cold.They are also sneezing badly.I'm afraid.I love them too much.

Will attach photos.the temperature is very hot here..it reaches to 40-42 degree Celsius.

Well okay.but I'm confused how its body can be heat and be sneezing at the same time!should I go to the vet?

Do they drink out of a metal bowl? He might have burned his wattles on something hot.

Well now I can be less paranoid.but why it has been sneezing Even when its,getting its medication?its been two weeks..every time he sneezes harder,I get scared.

No he doesn't.they drink free range.I sometimes give him medication in syringe.also another rooster got this too but his blister I think popped out.its now kinda blackish.
