Definitely raccoon
I have had similar experiences with this sort of behavior
Raccoons wiped out one of our whole flocks in that manner
I'll never forgive them

It almost seems as though the raccoon's kill for the sport sometimes. I have had them decimate a flock of mallard ducks in one night. Never really eating much from any one bird. The same thing with chickens we have kept in the past. Once they find a way in they will come back over and over until nothing is left or they are trapped out.
