You should contact a medical professional.

There's really no need, and nothing a vet would be able to do. Transporting the chick would only cause stress, and as I say, it's completely unnecessary. There's nothing wrong with the chick, it just needs a little extra help

baby chick is doing well, after about 4 hours, I cut the cord close to the shell as it turned brown and dry, he/she is already fitting in with the others!
